Will you help me win the game?

Best Of The Flathead

Yes, here in the Flathead we vote every year for the best of the best.

For me, this falls under the category The best mental health therapist in Flathead valley.

The best at what, exactly?

The best at returning phone calls? The best at getting people in quickest? The best price? The best at making the client feel safe? The best at supporting? The best at listening? The best at challenging? The best at reaching client goals? The best at decreasing triggers? The best at teaching coping skills? ——The best at marketing themselves? ?

Whether it’s the best marketing or not—The Best Of The Flathead wins a standard to live up to—to be the best they can be and to keep doing better. The best, in my opinion, is to serve our community with integrity.

When it comes to your mental health, the best therapist for you is dependent on so many things. (On a side note-you can click here to learn how to find the best therapist for you.)

The best? Better than the rest? It’s all relative.

The best people I know are the ones that walk through my door with the courage to challenge themselves, the strength to move through the hard stuff, and the vulnerability to get to the other side. These are the people deserving of the title ‘best of the best’…

But….since I have to keep them anonymous you can vote for me and I’ll pass along the message for you. ?

Yes, there is a friendly competition here in the Flathead I like to play in, but no matter the outcome —I will forever learn how to better serve this community and the courageous human beings walking around in it because it’s what I love to do.

Thank you to all my clients, past and present, for giving me the opportunity to live the life I love and for trusting me enough to share parts of your life with me. You’re the best!

With gratitude,
Chelsey

When Trauma Finds Us

Trauma doesn’t always begin at the time of the event. Instead, it often takes root later, in a moment of realization—when a person suddenly understands that what happened wasn’t okay.
