I was recently reminded of a TEDx Talks done by Michael Neill years ago. The title is “Why Aren’t We Awesomer?”

This is a video I send to my clients when they share suicidal thoughts with me. But this video isn’t just for people with suicidal thoughts. It’s for all of us — it’s a different way to look at ourselves, our thoughts and the world.
