Day Of Favorites: Pick one day a week to have a favorites day!
It doesn’t have to be a hard thing—just have intention while you go about your day.
If you can…
Start your day with your favorite breakfast. Maybe where your favorite pair of pants. Or that shirt that you feel the most comfortable in. Listen to your favorite song. Try to smell your favorite smell. Eat your favorite food. Drink your favorite drink. Read your favorite book. Watch your favorite movie.
Do you love taking long showers or bubble baths? Do it!!
Spend time with your favorite person, and if you can’t, think about your favorite memory of them.
Choose one day that you are willing to live your day with intention, right down to your favorite undergarments!
