It’s not about changing and doing things differently—it’s about being here, in this moment and each moment that we get, in all the ways we get them, with all the feelings they bring. Just being in it and noticing what wants to be acknowledged, held, appreciated and seen.

Right here.

Right now.

Not good or bad.

Just as it is.
