The Things You Dread

If you have things on your mind that run while you’re doing the things you love it starts to feel like you don’t love any of the things you do.

You are conditioning your mind to believe the things you love to do are the things you don’t want to do.

Choose one thing that’s on your mind. Say to yourself, “Do the thing,” and then take one step in the direction of it. Before you know it the things are done.

Then, when you are doing the things you love, you really will be loving the things you do.
